Afsheen is CEO and Leadership Advisor at The Phoenix Coaching Co. She focuses on amplifying leadership impact among leaders and leadership teams across the Leadership Lifecycle. She is also a Forbes Coaches Council member, leadership development faculty with Cranfield University and host of the popular bite-sized leadership podcast, Getting Real.
Afsheen has prior corporate experience in organizations including KPMG, Mondelez International and Abbott Laboratories as an HR leader for 18+ years. A passionate advocate for DEIB in the workplace she is currently ICF’s Global DEIB ambassador, having previously co-led ICF’s Executive Coaching Community of Practice of 8,000 members. She has also been a Board Member of ICF Switzerland and ICF United Arab Emirates Board.
Originally from Pakistan, she has lived and worked in 8 countries across 3 continents in the last 25 years. Afsheen is currently based in Switzerland with her husband and son.
