Tony Bader is an international trainer, leadership coach, and policy strategist working at the intersection of governance, communication, and digital transformation. With over a decade of experience, he supports public institutions, international NGOs, executives, and emerging leaders in developing clarity, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
As Co-Founder and Programs Director at Rise Academy, Tony designs and delivers leadership, negotiation, public speaking, emotional intelligence, future skills, and AI literacy programs across Lebanon and the region. He also serves as Co-Founder and Head of Strategy at Innovative Solutions, leading communication and development projects for UN, EU, and US-funded programs, translating complex policy issues into actionable strategies and trusted public messages.
In parallel, Tony advises parliament members, ministries, and civic coalitions on governance reform, legislative frameworks, and public engagement. With a background in healthcare and advanced AI training, he lectures on AI in healthcare and digital governance. He works in Arabic, English, and French.
