Trained as a criminologist, Fred Colantonio quit the Belgian public administration in 2006, after 5 years of practice to start an advising business and help companies to deal with their challenges: innovation, differentiation, leadership and impact. His energy and approach provide with results and autonomy, thanks to pragmatism and effective decision-making shortcuts.
Since 2008, his team has accompanied about 220 clients and delivered +25,000 hours of consulting and seminars. Since 2009, as a professional international speaker, Fred has delivered +990 keynote speeches in 15 countries and on 4 continents, reaching tens of thousands of people. Passionate, he humorously stimulates them to take the initiative to identify and make the most of their DNA - Natural Differentiating Asset: anything that can offer them maximum impact with minimum effort.
Since 2010, Fred has published 10 books, 4 of which are bestsellers and 3 of which have been published in both Europe and Quebec.
