I spent most of my professional career in pharma M&S, starting as a sales rep, building up the career through different positions to the commercial lead. As my motivation and passion have always been developing people and activating their and team potential, I also run workshops on communication and team work for my colleagues. In 2020 I decided coaching and training were my path forward and since then I’ve been intensively investing in development of my skills and competencies as a coach, trainer and facilitator. The trainings I’ve been running are based on EI and coaching principles and most common themes are communication and team functioning.
