Kasia spent 25+ years managing operations across entire Supply Chain and had various Senior Management positions in Procter & Gamble. She lived in Europe and Mexico where she led upsizing, downsizing, restructuring and two greenfield startups. Kasia worked on operational mastery development with over 30 manufacturing companies in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. She feels very comfortable with managing change and crisis management. She used High Performance Organization (HPO) models to grow organization and is highly skilled in processes development to sustain long-term results.
Being passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, she became a master facilitator and delivered Diversity Transformation training program across the globe to over 500 leaders.
