Nina is a Tech Entrepreneur, top 100 Women Powered High Growth Businesses APAC, Tech Blazer and Pioneer and Steering committee of Ethical AI. Nina is indeed a remarkable figure in the world of technology and human resources. She is also the Founder and Chair for Empauwer, an AI-powered platform that enables companies to hire, retain and engage neurodiverse talent. Nina is also a Founding Member of Chief, a global membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders, and a Board Member of Bipolar Buddy and Mood Mentor, mental health start-ups.
Zainab Al-Eqabi is an Iraqi pharmacist, para-athlete, TV presenter, and leading advocate for disability inclusion in the Middle East. After losing her leg in childhood, she transformed personal adversity into a powerful platform for empowerment, founding the Disabled and Proud community to challenge stigma and redefine ability.
Zainab is a trailblazer in sport and media—completing triathlons, scuba diving, and major fitness challenges—and became the Middle East’s first amputee television host through Yalla Banat. A global brand ambassador for Ottobock, Nike, and Volkswagen, she has been featured on the cover of Vogue Arabia and in Nike’s Victory Swim campaign. With academic training in pharmacy and social work, she combines lived experience with advocacy to inspire inclusive leadership.
